    8. Time of Loss: Indicate the moment the item or document vanished.
    9. Unfound Articles: Choose the lost article's name from the list. Insert the lost article's description here. Each article should be inserted separately.
    10. ADD: You could add more information.
    11. Any other details: If you have any more information, please provide it; otherwise, do not repeat what was previously entered. Put the indicated code into the box.
  • Step 5: Press the "Submit" button.

When something is stolen, then, according to Section 379 of IPC, FIR is filed and when something is lost, then NCR (Non-Cognizable Report) is filed. NCR remains in the records of the police station, it is not sent to the court. Police also do not investigate for it.
