  1. The couple must fill out an application form called an affidavit, which must include information on the marriage date, marital status, and nationality of the couple.
  2. Passport-size photo and, if applicable, a photo of the wedding invitation card.
  3. Proof of the applicant's residence
  4. Groom's birth certificate (Age Proof)
  5. Bride's birth certificate (Age Proof)
  6. If a marriage takes place in a place of worship, the priest must declare it.
  7. For divorced people, a confirmed copy of the death certificate is necessary in the event of a widower or widow.
