A.P Jansunwai Registration Here (A.P जनसुनवाई पंजीकरण यहाँ करें) | A.P పబ్లిక్ రిజిస్టర్ ఇక్కడ
For the people of Andhra Pradesh, Spandana serves as a one-stop venue for public grievance redress. Grievances brought up through Spandana will be resolved in a predetermined amount of time.
A formal complaint about any problem with how the government provides services is known as a grievance. A complaint can be made about a department, an employee, or any government programme. RTI requests cannot be submitted through Spandana and cannot be viewed as grievances.
How to file a complaint on the Spandana portal
  • There are many places where complaints can be filed. 1902 Contact Center, Collectorate Grievance Day, GSWS, Mobile App, and Online Application (Spandana Monday).
  • For the purpose of voicing complaints, citizens may also speak with the Digital Assistant assigned to the Grama/Ward Sachivalayam.
  • Call 14400 to file a complaint about corruption or bribery, 14500 to file a complaint about sand and excise, and 1907 to file a complaint about YSR Rythu Bharosa or agricultural issues. The citizen will receive an SMS text message with the "Your Spandana Request" Number (YSR#) once a complaint has been successfully registered.

Procedure for Redressing Grievances
  • Several sources can be used to register complaints, and each complaint will receive a distinct "YSR#" (Your Spandana Request Number).
  • A complaint will be given to the appropriate redressal officer.
  • The dispute is resolved once the redressal person conducts the requisite investigations and actions.
  • If the citizen is unsatisfied with the resolution, they can "reopen" their complaint, and the higher authorities will be given the case to resolve.

Status of the Spandana complaint
  • The weblink supplied with you through SMS at the time of grievance registration allows you to check the status of a complaint; alternatively, you can call the 1902 Call Center, go to the closest Grama/Ward Sachivalayam, or use the Spandana mobile app.
  • You can go to Spandana Portal as well. Enter "Your Spandana Request" number, select "Check grievance status," and then click "Get Information."
  • Citizens would receive an SMS update when a matter is resolved by the grievance redressal official through the Spandana portal.
